Problem activating jetflow plugin

when I activate the plugin, I get the following error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘::’ (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /wp-content/plugins/jetflow/WF_Flow.php on line 664
