Is it possible create and update posts with json or csv import?

Hello,
I am a new user and i am trying to create and update custom (made with ACF and CPTUI) posts with jetflow from a csv or json file.
After many attempts i am still unable to do so.
Is there some workflow you can share that i can use as a base?

Please elaborate. Do you want to get a form that enables you to upload CSV files and a connected workflow that will update existing posts once the file has been uploaded?
