error with installation and unzip in pc

Hi, I download the zip but when I try to install said can’t unzip. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid End of Central Dir Record size : 14

I try to unzip in my local computer and upload via ftp but said is damage or corrupt.
